Modular and Scalable Design

  • Nanoresonance offers (waste)water treatment plants in various capacities, including stationary and mobile units.

  • Our systems accommodate flow rates from medium-scale (1-5 liters per second) to large-scale (up to 400 LPS).

  • For flow rates above 100 LPS, we use identical 50 LPS modules, multiplying them to meet the required capacity.

  • This modular approach ensures flexibility and scalability, suitable for diverse applications.

Sustainability Impact

Nanoresonance creates measurable contribution to Sustainable Development Goals by addressing industrial water impact in the following ways:

1. Reducing water footprint through the recycling of water according to the highest quality requirements.

2. Safe discharge of treated wastewater eliminating the release of toxic chemicals into aquatic ecosystems.

3. Reducing carbon footprint through more efficient water processing per energy use.

Safe Discharge or Recycling

  • Nanoresonance effectively removes contaminants from wastewater to ensure the protection of the environment and public health.

  • Major parameters: pH, TSS, TDS, COD, BOD, specific conductivity.

  • Heavy metals and inorganics: NH₃, NO₃⁻ /NO₂⁻, TP, PO₄³⁻, Cl⁻, SO₄²⁻, Pb, Cu, Zn, As

  • Organic and microbial contaminants: VOCs, Fats, Oils, and Grease (FOG), Legionella, E. coli, Enterococci, Salmonella

Emerging Contaminants

  • Nanoresonance is actively participating in research and development to address emerging contaminants such as PFAS, Pharmaceuticals and Personal Care Products (PPCPs), and Endocrine-Disrupting Compounds (EDCs).

  • This effort is urgent and essential to reduce risks to human health and the environment, ensuring the safety and sustainability of water resources.

Advanced Technology

  • Non-chemical disinfection by ultrasound waves generating cavitation bubbles, ozonation with nano-bubbles, centrifugation, and targeted electromagnetic induction and resonance for contaminant flocculation and separation.

  • These advanced treatment methods are crucial for addressing the complexities of modern wastewater.

 Audit analysis by AKWALABS

       CASE STUDY:

"1 LPS  FLOW RATE OF WASTEWATER"

  • Client: MAXION. It operates significant manufacturing facilities in Mexico serving major automotive companies.

  • Location: Mexico (2021)

  • Objective: To treat industrial wastewater containing metals, lubricants, and other chemicals for safe discharge to water bodies.

  • Solution: Installation of 1 LPS wastewater treatment plant (small scale).

  • Results: Audit analysis by AKWALABS confirmed that all contaminants were successfully removed with the new water recovery system.

       CASE STUDY:

"2 LPS  FLOW RATE OF WASTEWATER"

  • Client: Vitechmex. Based in Aguascalientes, Mexico, is a major materials manufacturing firm facing closure due to water regulation non-compliance and hefty environmental fines.

  • Location: Aguascalientes, Mexico

  • Objective: To design a non-chemical microfiber and wastewater treatment plant that addresses severe water violations and avoids closure by meeting environmental standards.

  • Solution: The plant was equipped with innovative water treatment technologies, including Flugger, Ozone Generators, Zero Bactery, Nano-Bubbles, and multiple filters. This system was strategically selected to handle a 2 LPS flow rate of wastewater laden with various industrial pollutants.

  • Results: The installation of the wastewater treatment system allowed Vitechmex to effectively remove contaminants and comply with the city's water discharge policies. This strategic move secured the company's operational sustainability and adherence to environmental regulations. The successful deployment of the treatment plant mitigated the risk of operational shutdown and eliminated costly penalties.
