SNOW MAKER.PNG

25-50% MORE ARTIFICIAL SNOW PRODUCTION

This technology alters the physicochemical properties of the water that reduces the solidification time creating more snow fragments. Secondly, this water modification shortens the work time of compressors that are powered by powerful electric motors (usually 100-260 kW), thus directly reducing the cost of consumed electricity.

This technology not only demonstrates that you can produce more snow, but that we alter the properties of water in a way that the very structure of water transforms the time it takes for water freeze within its environment.

ICE BB 2.PNG

STRENGTHENED STRUCTURED ICE

Ice hockey rinks use fluid treatment technology to alter the structure of water, whereby the Ice crystal is formed denser with fewer micro oxygen bubbles, with a stronger tensile strength, and a brighter sheen.

The overall temperature inside the ice hall can be increased by 20% without altering the quality parameters of ice. Cooling systems, pumps, compressors, driers are used 20% less frequently, resulting in an energy cost savings of $20,000 a year for cooling and water and no longer has any issues with encrustation.

In addition, the ice rinks have some of the best quality of ice for hockey players, who have noticed a significant difference with harder and higher quality of ice.

CFE COMBINED CYCLE TURBINES DOS BOCAS-MEDELLIN

The Federal Electricity Commission or CFE of Mexico is the state electricity supplier for almost all of Mexico, except for 3% near Baja California. The average fuel consumption is appx. 12 Million USD a month.

Dos Bocas gas turbine consumes 25 million cubic feet of gas per day. Testing was performed after installing Fluidconditioner® technology to pretreat the fuels before combustion.

Test results showed a 5% reduction of fuel and savings with a 60% reduction of polluting emissions.

Due to the preconditioning of the fuel, the gas within the burner was 400 C hotter than previous, achieving optimal combustion.

PEMEX FACILITY MATAPIOCHE, VERA CRUZ MEXICO

Fluid Conditioner® and wastewater treatment technologies were installed to address its wastewater pollution issues and cooling towers.
The laboratory results indicate that fecal coliform measurements went down from 4.6 million to less the 300 after treatment.

The installation of this technology provided immediate savings and thousands of dollars in chemical cost per day. Costs of inspection and maintenance were also reduced as well as potential safety hazards for chemical transportation.

STRAWBERRY FIELD STUDY

MEXICO

Multiple studies have shown that water irrigated after treated with Fluid Conditioner® technology has more inflorescence(flowers) sites and higher production of fruit. The treated strawberries are 25% heavier, have higher sugar and mineral content, and longer shelf life. They also have no hollow cavity resulting in more weight, brighter color, and the soil retains more moisture.

NISSAN AGUASCALIENTES MEXICO

The Nissan Plant had a very high consumption of gas in two areas, aluminum furnaces, and paint ovens.

Nanoresonance provided the installation of two different  Fuelconditioner® units. The first unit was installed in series with a natural gas supply line on the aluminum furnace that consumes about 3,000 cubic meters of natural gas per shift. The first site of installation was the natural gas input line and the second area was on the exhaust line.

In both cases, a calculated 9% savings in natural gas was achieved in the first 6 to 8 weeks. The exhaust gases were reduced by 48% based on the Japanese Standards of Pollutants.

RIVERWAY REMEDIATION (OAXACA, MEXICO)

Oaxaca riverways were found to be highly contaminated with sewage, bacteria, and algae. Nanoresonance installed a riverway Flugger® in a bypass of the polluted river for the city upstream. The lake and river treatment unit remove the bacteria and toxins from the water. The device uses inductance and specific frequencies to target bacteria and algae without harming plants or aquatic life.

Over the course of a month, the treated water is returned to clean sparkling water that is ideal for irrigation and healthy recreation and aquatic life returned.

Slaughter House 1.PNG

SLAUGHTERHOUSE WATER PURIFICATION - SMTA PLANT

SMTA plant is a mobile treatment plant that does not use chlorine or iodine to disinfect water but multiple methods based on physics alone to purify slaughterhouse water, complying with the NOM-127-FFA1-1994 the standard for drinking water using the minimum chemical disinfection. SMTA ultrasonic and resonant frequency based system is designed is an actual disinfectant. This bactericidal system principal takes place using a square wave, responsible for a very low frequency to neutralize pathogens containing in water and a range as high 800 MHz. The end result tested by Government certified labs Conagua show zero contaminants if final treated water.
